HURU is shipped worldwide, via international post service.

Expected delivery time is approximately 1-1 ½ weeks.

All deliveries are tracked, and everything is done to ensure that orders are delivered in the expected length of time. Price includes shipping costs only. HURU is not responsible for duties, taxes, and any other charges levied by the importing country. All import costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days they are received.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

HURU backpacks have a LIFETIME Warranty!

If any of our products ever fail as a result of defects in materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace them with a like item free of charge and ship it back to you.

If you have a warranty claim, simply send us an email with a few photos and a description of the problem to warranty@huru.rocks.

We’ll get back to you within a 2-3 business days with instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
