We met with Vlad on a summer day in Kyiv and talked about his life. Vlad has an orange HURU 6564.
What does a typical day look like for you? What's on your routine list?
My typical day — three times a week it starts with a workout. Right now I'm more into weight training, some crossfit. On the other two or three days, depending on how the training schedule falls, I try to carve out half an hour to read a book.
Doesn't always work out, but the ideal morning looks like this: don't even pick up your phone, just go straight for the book. Sometimes, especially if it's a Monday, I write out — literally write out — my plans for the week, just to keep track and rethink in my head whether I actually need to do them or not.

Three things you always carry in your backpack?
Laptop, headphones, notebook.
Comfort or style?
Comfort, for sure — anything stylish I own is thanks to Marta, my fiancée.

How do you recover after tough days?
If I can manage it — a massage, but that's pretty rare.
Usually I just start my workday later, like around a midday, and plan a free evening for the next couple of days so I can go to bed earlier.
You're a stand-up comedian and an IT guy. Where do these two worlds meet? How did you end up combining them?
Got into IT 10 years ago, and started doing comedy around the same time. Came up with the "stand-up IT guy" label back in October 2024, and since then I've been trying to actively show up on social media.
How'd I get there? Honestly, it's just me. I thought: "how do I even describe myself? A stand-up comedian? Nah, not really. An IT guy? Also not really, since I do stand-up too. So I landed on 'stand-up IT guy'."

One rule you live by?
Don't hesitate, just go for it — if you do it, your odds are 50/50.
If you don't — you lose before you even start.
