All purchases on www.huru.rocks are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Placing an order

Customer must be at least 18 years of age.

Persons under the age of 18, must have permission from a parent or a legal guardian.

All orders at www.huru.rocks must include the following: full name, billing address, delivery address, e-mail address and phone number.

Immediately after an order is received by HURU, customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

Once an order has been accepted, you will receive an invoice via email, which constitutes a binding agreement between customer and HURU.

The order confirmation is not an invoice. The purchase is not final until you receive an invoice.

Please check your spam folder to ensure that our mail has not been filtered.

Price & payment

Price information at www.huru.rocks includes shipping. The confirmation will display your total cost.

The following payment options are available: VISA, VISA electron, MasterCard and Paypal.

HURU reserves the right to cancel an order in case that fraud is suspected. We may ask for verification, such as personal picture ID together with the last four digits of the credit card.

All account details are encrypted and transmitted through our secure payment system.


HURU is shipped worldwide, via international postal service.

Expected delivery time is approximately 1 ½- 2 weeks.
All deliveries are tracked, and everything is done to ensure that orders are delivered in the expected length of time.
Price includes shipping costs only. HURU is not responsible for duties, taxes, and any other charges levied by the importing country. All import costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days they are received.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Invoices include order status, and tracking number. Customer can see delivery status at https://ukrposhta.ua/en/?openpage, or http://www.17track.net/en

All products shown on the website are in stock. Customer will be notified ASAP if there is any delay in getting an order shipped.

Please kindly note, that high holiday seasons ( e.g. Christmas, Easter) might occur the delivery timings.


If you are not satisfied with an item, for any reason, it can be returned for a full refund. An email to info@huru.rocks must be sent within 14 days of receipt of the item. Shipping costs are not refunded.


Items must be returned in their original condition in order to qualify for a full refund. Please pack item for safe delivery. HURU is not responsible for damages that occur en route.


HURU backpacks have a LIFETIME Warranty!

If any of our products ever fail as a result of defects in materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace them with a like item free of charge and ship it back to you.

If you have a warranty claim, simply send us an email with the serial number of your backpack, few photos and a description of the problem to info@huru.rocks.

We’ll get back to you within a 2-3 business days with instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

Please note that one way shipping costs to the production are covered by the client. Delivery costs back to client are covered by HURU.
