The HURU brand was started in 2017, but actually it has appeared much earlier

History

HURU’s story began in 2017, when Oleg Vlasenko set out to create a long-lasting backpack with carefully considered design and compartment organization. To keep everything in its place.

The first HURU model launched on Kickstarter and quickly gained strong support, allowing the team to expand and improve the product line.

Today, HURU offers products designed for everyday city use and short trips. Every HURU item comes with a unique serial number for authenticity tracking and is covered by a lifetime warranty.

HURU is an international team creating products that keep up with a busy life while staying true to functionality, mobility, and design.

2017

The first HURU H1 model successfully launches on the Kickstarter crowdfunding platform.

2018

Mass production starts, and the team grows. The HURU H2 model appears on the market.

2019

The brand enters international markets. Over 40% of orders come from Europe and North America. The HURU A model is introduced.

2020

Launch of the HURU S model and the Messenger bag.

2021

The Crossbag is released. Corporate projects delivered for Mastercard and SkyUp.

2022

The Weekender model joins the product lineup.

2024

In collaboration with the National Antarctic Scientific Center of Ukraine and architect Slava Balbek, the 6564 model is launched.
HURU takes part in international exhibitions: ISPO Outdoor, ISPO Munich, ILM Offenbach.

2025

Distributor sales begin in Japan. A warehouse is opened in the EU. The new HURU Urban model is introduced.
