HURU WARRANTY POLICY
HURU creates products known for exceptional quality, reliability, and attention to detail. We are confident in the durability of our goods and therefore offer a lifetime warranty on all our products. This means that if any material defects or manufacturing faults are identified, we take full responsibility for repairing the item free of charge or, if repair is not possible, replacing it with a similar or equivalent model. Once servicing is complete, the item will be returned to the owner at no cost.
The warranty covers only defects resulting from manufacturing faults or material deficiencies and does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, careless use, modifications, chemical exposure, excessive loads, external factors, or transportation damage (including air travel, in which case claims must be submitted directly to the carrier). Cosmetic changes that do not affect the functionality of the product are also not considered grounds for a warranty claim.
To submit a warranty request, please send an email to info@huru.rocks with a brief description of the issue, photos of the damage, the product’s serial number, or your order number. Our support team will contact you within 2–3 business days and provide further instructions. Once the request is confirmed, the product must be sent in clean condition to the address provided by our team. Shipping costs to the service center are covered by the customer, while return shipping after repair or replacement is our responsibility.
If the product has been used in violation of the operating conditions, HURU reserves the right to reasonably refuse free servicing. Please also note that some countries provide additional consumer rights under national legislation that are not limited by the terms of this warranty.
